Who am I?
Since coaching is an exchange and a relationship of trust, let's get to know each other.
From the pharmaceutical industry to coaching, including Lise Bourbeau's “Listen to Your Body” teaching, I have changed my life.
Today, I support people to create the life they aspire to live. Every customer touches me and pushes me to be a better version of myself, which makes me happy.
Why a Coaching?
Consulting a coach is investing in yourself and giving yourself a wonderful gift. You choose to take matters into your own hands - and at your own pace. You no longer place yourself as a victim but regain power over your life. This approach gives you immediate well-being because you finally move forward. Coaching today means:
1.
Define precisely what you really want.
2.
Move faster towards well-being
3.
Dig where you wouldn't have gone alone to find your solution
4.
Take fun and effective actions
Have a follow-up.
5.
Work on the present (contrary
to psychotherapy)
